Although women leadership has feature both in the old and new testament. Many traditional churches have not embraced the leadership of women in churches and institutions of faith. However, we believe that women have an equal role to play in the leadership of institutions of faith. Based on this belief, we encourage the women ministry to empower women to not only actively participate in the church but take a leadership role. Another of this ministry´s leading objectives is to reach out to women and encourage them to become future church leaders. Women are known to dominate key service areas including hospitality, childcare, nursing and adult care giving. By reaching this segment of the population we believe we will be well resourced to render services in these areas.
